2024 Chardonnay

Fermented and aged sur lie in neutral oak, this Virginia Chardonnay exemplifies freshness balanced with complexity. Juicy golden apple, ripe apricot, and white peach meet flinty minerality on the nose, while Meyer lemon grapefruit and honeysuckle add vibrancy. A lively acidity and subtle salinity carry through the balanced finish. 

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

1.1 Tons harvested at North Gate Vineyard August 27. Minimum effective sulfites. Fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months, sur lie. Bottled: May 2025. 50 cases produced.
