This rare French varietal shines in Virginia! Lemon and kaffir lime aromas open to tropical notes of pineapple, mango and passion fruit. White pepper, galangal and white tea bring an exotic touch while honeysuckle and white flowers dance throughout with a touch of cream and almond from the sur lie aging. Fresh and full with a long finish, this beautifully structured, dry white wine drinks almost like a red.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

1.5 Tons harvested September 2. Minimum effective sulfites. Aging: 100% neutral French oak for 8 months, sur lie. Bottled: June 2025. Less than 100 cases produced.
